In the search criteria you can enter any words or phrases you think might appear in the description or classification of the photograph
If you enter more than one word , each will be used eg. DOLLY SHEPHERD will show artefacts with DOLLY or SHEPHERD in the description
A phrase should be surrounded by double quotes eg. "DOLLY SHEPHERD" will only show things related to Dolly herself and not washing dollies
If you do want to see washing related dollies and not the lady herself use the minus sign eg. DOLLY -SHEPHERD
Conversely you can use the plus sign if you want to ensure that a word must appear eg. DOLLY +WASH will show any dollies only if they have the wash in the description
Finally you can use the date fields to refine the results , and the refence field if you happen to know the reference of the photograph
